Well to get these infections all you have to do is join my session.

How To Get In.

1.) Join session off of: Winholtz.(No friend requests please, only private chat)
2.) Back out.
3.) Go to split screen.
4.) Start the game.
5.) Once in the game activate what you want.(Instructions Above)
6.) Go online and you have the infections.
