This means you can choose the prestiege you want.

Instructions:
Join my game,
Back out go splitscreen,
Start the game with no changes.

Button Instructions:
Back Button: Rank 55
D-Pad Right - No Prestige
Right Stick - 1t Prestige
Left Bumper - 2nd Prestige
Y Button - 3rd Prestige
RT - 4th Prestige
LT - 5th Prestige
Left Stick - 6th Prestige
X Button - 7th Prestige
B Button - 8th Prestige
D-Pad Down - 9th Prestige
D-Pad Up - 10th Prestige
D-Pad Left - 11th Prestige

When you finish picking your prestiege go online and enjoy =]
