hi i have the phoenix v2 mod menu patch and i was looking in the code_post_gfx.ff and in the mo.cfg there is code like this:

there is only one thing i have found absoloutely no way to ge to that in game so can anybody shine some light on this situation?
p.s it always says tthat it can't load dvars or prestige when i press the binds
p.s.s i haven't edited any of this at all
