It says Internal exception:java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read time out ????? i get it and cant say anything then it kicks me out and says Internal exception:java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read time out

I got kicked out then it says my connection is refused when all i said was "hello" and barely left the rules room...
