Technically, it COULD happen.
As of right now-just a rumor.
But just because they have a pricetag on a website with the game doesn't really mean anything besides it's available, RIGHT NOW.
Hell, if they wanted to they could "ban" Mw2, removing sale from any store and shutting off servers..Same concept

it doesnt matter how many people buy it, if its offensive, then they will have to make the right decision on what to do with the (ban) if they do find it offensive.

It may be banned because it reference to the 7/7 bombings in London of which 52 people died. Even though it's on the internet and such to pre-order, they can still take it off the market. I really hope they don't though
