I agree but that raises the question; who decides if one is talented or if the graffiti is good? I don't think it should be allowed because then people that are bad at it would attempt it in very public places, thus ruining them. I think the fact that it is considered vandalism makes actual graffiti artists try harder to make their work good and tag a spot where the graffiti will actually look good. Anyone agree?
