My xbox live keeps coming off ever month, how do i stop it as its on my dads card and hes gettin charges because its coming off when hes not been paid, theres a auto renewal button i know but its no workin what else can i do? buy a pre paid card would that take his one away? if so anyone know where i can get cheap xbox live?

if you ring up microsoft and tell them your details and everything they cancel the payments and take the card off of your account coz i had the same problem.

Auto renewal cant be turned off from xbox.com anymore which i think is ridiculous and scandalous. You must ring M$ to get the card removed. And make sure to scream at them.
