I have xex menu 1.1 on my jtag with a ton of files and stuff and out of nowhere i get the black screen issue whenever i load it up. I deleted the Unknown Gams save and it stilll has this problem. If i redownload it wont it erase all the files i have on it?

If you know how, try burning xexmenu to a disc

just format a usb stick and go to real m$ kinnect dash and go to settings/memory/hdd/demos/xexmenu and copy that to a xbox formated usb stick then boot that one! once you get xex to boot then the hdd1/content/00000000000/code9999 should work again

Re downloading xex menu will not erase everything on your harddrive/flashdrive/whatever

ok minor problem.
So I tried to fix it before reading anybodys' advice
And i deleted the xexmenu so i could redownload a new one
obvs i did it wrong, is there like a recycle bin for the xbox lol. Or somehow i icould get that deleted xexmenu back?
If not its fine ill just redownload everything bck on it. jw

Just download viper360 ;) Its another games launcher and file manager ;)

Basicually another xex menu

the only way to get rid of the black screen is to redownload it, i hope u saved all ur files on a computer

Copy XeX menu on a USB and put it on your computer Keep all the files you have on there and get a new XeX Menu..

put xex menu on a usb then drag the code99999 folder and drop it to your hdd
