How do i turn auto renewal off my account on xbox, its pissing me off -__-

Microsoft has changed it to where you have to call them to turn off auto renewal now, i had the same problem last month, they said its the only way now

The way i did is I called Xbox and had to tell them my info it took a long time.
What i think is that they dont want you to be able to turn it off easily.
