I just got my PVR in the mail a week or so ago and have a few problems:
Crazy pixilation on the sprinting animation with any gun (even on the max setting, whatever it is, 13 or 15.5)
Horrid audio lag (worse in some clips then others, only noticeable on MW2)
Capture Module freezes then crashes it self (I have a feeling this is do to my crappy PC)
Im running Windows XP
SD TV
Usually MW2, some MX vs ATV Reflex
