it was
10th on all cods and 8th on black ops

and had 10000GS legit!

I got banned yesterday for my bio! Microsoft is really starting to over react.

If you put that you were doing tenth for 1600 MS then you were just asking to get banned.

Same odds, you're wanting to take part in an activity that severely breaches the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and advertising it on your profile. It would and has got you banned pretty quick.
How long is the ban for?
I've only ever got 1 ban for 2 days for a bio saying I wish my K/D was as good as Hitlers.
