I been trying to get the actual avatar not just the white shape of the avatar.So I went and downloaded the update from xbox.com and put it on a flash drive.;Then I put in the jtag and nothing happens and I have tired many flashdrives and cds. And it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me?

try replacing the system update folder on your hardrive

You do not want the newest update to be installed on your jtag or it will brick it. You need to find the official update matching the update already on your console. So if you have 12625 then you would download the official 12625 dash.
You would then put the $Sytemupdate folder on the root of the usb, plug it into your console, power on and be greeted with the update screen.
