Beveled the Circle and the text to much.

When you made the swirl then tryed to rub it out you failed a bit because it looks like it is coming out in front of the circle not behind.

There are too many colours going on witch makes it look not very attractive.. use a two colours preferably a contrast in a colour scheme other wise it will look tacky.
