I would train at the Giant Spider things in the Stronghold of Security. And when you become a higher level, go to the Ankous (4th level of Stronghold).

And finally when you get to like level 90 combat, you can train at the bandits at the Bandit Camp (Around 90k xp per hour).

I'm not sure if you can bot at these places but the NPCs are aggressive so they will attack you when you go there.

I usually just killed Giants and Dragons and got up to 99 atk and 99 def really quickly

I remember I used to play this game all the time. Ok so I trained at the the stronghold of security and i also trained at the end of the wilderness fighting the demons

Go to the expierments, They're like level 25 or something. They never hit and have like 400-1000HP

I used to train there when i had runescape.
