So i replaced my xbox's dvd slot with a new one from the same model and everything, it will read movies but not any xbox games
Someone please help me out

you have to spoof the drive or exchange the boards.

You will need to dump original data from the original drive to get the key (dvd key) this is what links the dvd drive to the xbox if you place a drive with a difrent drive to the xboxs key you will only get open tray error so youl need to dump original key and flash to new DVD DRIVE

you have to get a new xbox or repair it with xbox dot com i did it to xbox is gay and wont let you replace it

Can anyone forward me to a tutorial on how to dump or flash the drive
