Well IW is just being stupid at this time. We are at war with IW STUDIOS! FYI yes people will send in complaints and you will lose your account access for a time. I personally will file complaints on this but only after giving fair warning (ingame if they are on my team or directly to their account thru the messenger system)to the player glitching. PLAY fair and have fun dont be a complete ass and ruin everyones time. $.02
