its running fsd 2.1 on launch , has dashlaunch , FSD , xexmenu , xell all on and setup aswell as dlc unlocker.
its running the latest 12665 dash and has full avatar support

had the following mods done.

thermal paste replaced with AS5
heatsinks changed for 2nd gen jasper heatsinks
original fan replaced with whisper blue led fan thats been 12v modded
xcm blue led core cooler over gpu heatsink
dvd drive removed but comes with xbox (benq) flashed with LT+1.1

1 x official wireless pad (b is a little depressed but works)

the 250gb has tons of xbla games along with countless dlc
