It says that "The Premium" package "includes a Benq Drive, but in "The plain" package it doesn't say anything. Does "The Plain" package come with a BenQ Drive? and is the only difference between "The Plain" and "The Premium" package the Talismoon whisper Fan?

That's a typo and KoDeMaN is out of town so can't fix it till next week. The "plain" comes with either a Samsung or Hitachi drive. The "Premium" upgrades to a BenQ (Quiter, more reliable, virtually never gets sticking tray or "Open Tray" errors) with the new iXtreme-LT1.1 firmware.
