This thread is very flawed. You say that Microsoft is making millions off of people buying consoles to JTAG, but they're buying used consoles, not new ones. Microsoft also doesn't want JTAG's, because if they did don't you think that everyone would be online with one right now with one, or that the Xbox would already come with the ability to run homebrew? (I guess, the other way of saying that is user-signed code, but that doesn't make much sense). If anything Microsoft is losing money having to deal with the security issues.

The bottom line is that you're breaking the signed agreement you had with Microsoft when you accepted the TOS, and you're also violating the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .
