UPDATED - How to install the Infections.
1) Once invited to my Lobby join and back out.
2) Back up onto Split Screen and Start the game
3) mess around for 10 seconds.
4) leave and go back onto xbox live and have fun.
IMPORTANT NOTICE.
IF YOU DASHBOARD OR ANYTHING THAT GETS OF THE MENU FOR XBOX LIVE ON CALL OF DUTY 4, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR INFECTIONS.
