I am just going to release this to the community. I know I have seen several of these PM's, Threads, etc. about this....so here it is for everyone to have if they need it.

Here are the two download links for the NAND and the CPU Key for the 13146 NAND. Yes, I had to burn one of my JTAGs to get this (Two actually), but regardless....enjoy.

It is the 13146 dashboard update for a retail console....only...I had the CPU key BEFORE I updated it, so I am able to decrypt the NAND no matter what update it is on.

Again, this isn't a rebooter, a online method, or anything of that nature...it is a, and make sure you realize this.... RETAIL 13146 NAND
