You said you were downed when the zombie pushed you in between the floors? How did you manage to get revived? Was your buddy able to revive you after you were in the glitch?

I don't know if this will help but maybe it will.
Make sure you are in the exact same spot as before, doing the exact same thing. Then more than likely it is a particular type of crawler that pushes you into the glitch. It could be a crawler with only half a body, it could be one that crawls on it's knees, could be a fast one. Just try and remember what type of crawler it was. As I said above, do exactly the same thing you done before.

thanks for that i know the place and the crawler had no legs but fast id like to try it with you sometime to try to recreate it but i just did it with elder with a slow crawler but it didnt work so i think you bight be right about the exact crawler
