Best Ultimate Team League?

I want to start fresh on Ultimate Team.
I already have a few Gold La Liga players (like Bojan, Pedro, Milito, Abidal...)
I also have a lot of Gold Premier League players (like Pienaar, Wayne Bridge, Arteta, Lucas, Bentley, Skrtel, Jovanovic, Murphy, Park, Petrov and more...)
I don't know whether to carry on with Premier League or start a new league?
If you think I should start a new league, which one is best? (Money and Quality wise)
