We did not evolve directly from monkeys but came from a common ancestor of the monkeys, hence the reason monkeys still exist today and didn't all evolve into humans.

Secondly, the big bang didn't just suddenly create human embryos/babies, it created simple organisms such as single celled organisms which reproduce through asexual reproduction which evolved over years and has now become humans

Like I said I value your beliefs but I don't think you should qualify completely uneducated/unbacked information as proof

I completely agree with you. Following the logic of believing everything a book tells you does that mean that there are wizards hiding all around the world going to secret schools? Does it mean that in medieval times there were midgets with hairy feet? Please before you believe what a book tells you think for yourself, ask yourself if you have PERSONALLY seen any proof of God.

This is the same arguement I use.

Also the bible has changed many times since the original translations.
So of course you cannot believe everything in the bible.

My Opinion. This is not saying your opinion is wrong but this is my opinion.
Personnaly i believe the Bible was written by a bunch of christians in the 18-1900's to make money and give people "hope". And when someone tells me "your wrong the bible was made thousands of years ago" Who told you that? Christians?

we wouldnt start out as babies we evoled from a single cell. i think that god put us here as a single cell origanisam and let us evole to what we are today.

tbh, i think that most people who believe in god dont know much about the theory of evolution and most people who believe in the theory of evolution dont know much about god.
Im not saying i dont belive in god because i really cant see how there coulent be SOMETHING out there but im going to argue against your points anyway


1. The monkeys came from less evolved specieses and so on until you come to the micro organisims. What would kill a micro organism? there was no other things there to kill them and we all know that bacteria such as that in colds can live for extremely long times in extreme conditons

2. Jesus Christ, Firstly, if u read the bible you will find that he actually did sin in a temple when they were setting up a market there and he was extremely angry, according to the bible, mary was the only human who never sinned, i really think you should consider things like this before trying to argue for it. The bible says that he healed people but if you find out about "faith healers" you will find that they can do similar "miricles" to him. I'm not saying that he diden't but seeing as there is no solid evidence that he did preform these miracles it really cant be used as a solid point of evidence

3. Ok, so, i hope you can understand what im trying to say here. The Earth would have to be suitable for in habitation because if it wasent then we would not be here now and we would not be able to even have this arguement, the chances of at least one place being habitable in an area as vast as the universe is, i think you will find, rather large.

4. I dont really know what your trying to prove with this point so ill have to leave it out im afraid

5. I think the reason atheists are bothered in other people beliving in god is that they beleive it is not productive in society and therefore, is pointless. If the Aztecs or Incas had not been worshipping their gods for many years they could have been the world leaders of science and would have made many important discoverys much faster. It is possible that humans could now be capable of advanced space travel and have explored much of our galexy and sorrounding galexys.

Emm, i think that the noah's ark thing is probably just a story and i dont really see how that many animals could have fitted on a boat the size of the one from that video, think of it, just how many species of elphant are there? i can name three, and how many species of dog, and tiger, and mouse, and hippo.. i could go on, are there? i think you would need quite a bit bigger of a boat to fit 6 elephants, 4 hippos, 8 crocodiles, 10 aligators and over 20 (x2) big cats (eg. african tiger, aisian tiger, amazon tiger) in it.

Im not trying to tell you not to believe in god because i cant really imagine what it would be like if you died and there was just nothing, because then you wouldent even be able to see that nothing, because you wouldent be there, and i cant really see what you would do.. also, i cant see why there would be things here, on this world, and this unniverse, if you just died and then there was nothing

My true answer is that i dont know if there is a god or not but i think if there is, hes definitly not what most people belive him(it) to be.

Here is a funnny story. There is a bar and a church right down the road from eachother. Well the bar extends its property closer to the church. The people in the church pray that the bar would change its mind and take that away. Well they kept building and building.the people kept praying and praying. Soon as its finally finished a bad storm hits and the bar is struck by lightning and burned down. So the bar takes the church to court and the church says praying did nothing! and the bar said the praying burned it down! so you khave a church saying there prayers didnt work and a bar saying they did. But my point is I dont think a bar will get hit by lightning out of nowhere. People dont get healed from cancer out of no where. GOD is real

My grand dad had lung cancer and died. He was religious.
God isn't real then... or he loves some people more.
