Okey i got GTA IV on xbox for free as on-demand game, can i still play it after the update?

I believe if you need a modded account to start the game, then no, the account becomes corrupt after the update....

Please Correct me if i am wrong

yes yes i got a acc with it along time ago but i just wondering if i play it i will get insta console banned or something ;)

If they Trace you, then yep, you could get a ban....
