I checked 402's twitter and didn't see any specifics. He simply mentions "care package glitch".

Does anyone know if this is the "unlimited care packages" or "super speed running holding a care package marker"?

If its the unlimited care packages I'll be unhappy, I'm about to unlock emergency air drop on my 1st prestige (about level 46).

It will be the unlimited care package not super quick running

its actually both. i remember a post by sean a few days ago saying it was unlimted care packages and the care package speed glitch.
