Ok so I haven't watched TV in a long time. That means I haven't turned on my cable box. A couple weeks ago, a weird message started appearing on the charter cable box. It says, "h.1..." then it keeps going up until it gets to 999, then it goes to, "h.2..." and so on and so forth. I tried unplugging it, and it didn't work. Same goes with simply pressing the power button. That didn't work either. If someone helps me fix this problem, I will give them +rep. Thanks.
