No, this is a Gamesave and you need to know how to use Modio to get it, Replace your MULTIPLAYER Game save after you've swapped the Id's and thats it.

THis is on utube guys =P Ive done it for multiplayer and got max cash, fame, honor on campaign. Simple really.
