I'm starting yours but what do you mean for neon green with splashes of cyan? When I think of that, I think you mean neon text with a neon bg with cyan pain splatter. Is that correct and also the text, do you want it to be one color or multi color as in black text with neon outline?
black bg and green neon text and cyan paint splatters
