This may help some people or it may not. If you ever try to use your internet and the internet symbol on your router is red here is what you need to do.

Type 192.168.1.1 in on your internet browser, it will ask you to login.
It will either be
Username: Admin
Password: Admin
or
Username: Admin
Password: Password

click the red cross on the internet then quick start, get the letter you got when you first joined your ISP and type the password which will be on the letter in the box which says password, then you will need to find something which will say restart or along that lines and click it, your router will restart and it will be fixed.
