Put your device with iOS 5 installed in DFU mode. First Connect your iDevice , into your computer. Press and hold down the Sleep and Home button for 10 seconds ( Use the 1000, 2000, 3000 and so on rule). After keep holding your home button and release the sleep button, until iTunes find your device in recovery mode. Please note that your screen will remain black, this means that your iDevice has been successfully put in DFU mode.
Once iTunes finds your device , click on restore , and as you are using iTunes 10.3 the latest firmware is 4.3.3.
Once you click restore , a windows will show up showing you the options to cancel or restore and upgrade. You have to click on restore and update.
Once the restore it to end , you might receive an error (1) which is the recovery loop error and you may use tools like tiny-umbrella (Mac or PC ) to kick you device out of recovery mode.
If you do not receive an error and your device finishes restoring than you are all done and have now downgraded from iOS 5 to iOS 4.3.3 without any ShSh files , congratulations.
