Font type: A font called BankGothic Md BT. Its the MW2 font. If you dont have it or cant find it just use Arial
Glow: Yes (The white outline)
Floor reflection: Yes
Floor Color(black/gray looks best): Black

Maybe add a 'shatter' to the white outline like the one you made for yourself. You might have to make the primary colour slightly lighter than black because if the background is black then you might not be able to see it.
