They do that for the first three accounts you make on the xbox or a USB drive. If you reformat the USB drive you can keep making new one month trials over and over.

Just plug in your USB, goto my xbox, system settings memory, then goto USB click a then click the first option then OK, then just sign out of your Account and make a new one, after you make everything it will tell u u are eligable for a 1 month free.

They do if you didn't exceed 3 made accounts on your xbox.

Yes, just go through the formatting process again and then you can make three more accounts.
