Okay, in the video, it shows a paused gameplay and an image zoomed in to the soldier.
If you zoom in to the soldier in the paused gameplay yourself, only then will you know if it real or not. I looked closely at it and there is no sniper rifle in the paused gameplay.

People always photoshop! This guy simply zoomed in on the gameplay right there, added a M40A3 to it, and created a lot of hype.
