Well obviously you should write a bad review and also file a complaint on her. Then Ebay will deal with it.

Look at the item condition:
'Good: An item in used but good condition'
This means the game is used. And if the game is used he most likely has used the code already. I'd say this is partly his fault for not stating this in the description but partly your fault as you should have known that if the game itself is stated as 'used' there is a good chance he used the codes for himself. Contacting him before you bought it would have sorted this out.

_Skrillex_ wrote So I was one eBay with my new verified paypal with 25$. I stumbled upon a Bulletstorm: Epic Edition game that I had wanted, so I bought it. Here is the message I received after that: Jun-01-11 02:37 PM
Thank you so much for your bid,and your extremely fast payment.Your game was shipped today and should be delivered to you saturday or Monday. Thanks Again Joy
BUT, I only received the game today. So I get on and I try to use the pass that gives me the Epic Edition content, and what do you know? It's not valid. I checked it over 20 times and it's all correct. So then I sent this message:
Jun-13-11 12:26 PM
The code that I received with the item is not valid. Please respond because if you knew this I want a refund because I could've gotten the regular edition for 10$ less.
So now I'm thinking I should write a bad review because this is bullshit. Any help here?
If it Stated in the description the code was Valid... Yes you was and can contact ebay because they sold you Wrongly described goods if the code was not mentioned the... No your fault you should have messaged them before proceeding with the Bid
