Q: Will there be a MW3 MP beta?
A: There will definitely be an internal one, but we havent decided or confirmed if there will be a public one. A public multiplayer beta is a give / take in terms of development schedule. It takes a good month out of your schedule to prepare it for public consumption and actually have time to incorporate the feedback. In the meantime, while thats decided, Ive been flying community members out to Infinity Ward to see the game (not play yet) but to see and discuss it and give feedback. Furthermore, we will fly out members of our glitcher community to give the MP a run through its paces later in development to try to find map holes, glitches, and other exploits prior to release.

I don't think there will be a public beta because infinity ward so far has never had one. Although it would pretty sick if they did.

They said this exactly for MW2 that they would get the best glitching community to come and find glitches and that they haven't confirmed that there will be a MP beta. What happens? Well they never released a public one. So what I think is that a MP Beta for MW3 (PUBLIC) will never happen.

what they dont realize is if they do have a MP beta they will get there glitches found easier with all of the glitchers out there like myself lol
