To gpd mod it, you have to remove the TU in which the maps needs that to work.
That is all that he was stating. I do not understand why you would say he is the facepalm, you took what he said, dumbed it down a bit, and added the fact in which it can be only be modded using a JTag ; You're attempt to sound extremely smart has failed, and I am sorry, for you that is.

actualy you dont have to have a j-tag to mod it you can mod it with a gpd offline but you have to deliete the updates

Actually that is not true. COTD map needs the TU update in order for it to work. If you delete the TU update then the map will not work. The only way to mod COTD offline is by a jtag!
