yea the cop said that if i got in a accident i could had got arrested and got sued. but for what happend to me i hope its just a fine

I had my license for a week. A WEEK and during that week, I got into an accident, went 45 in a school zone ( it was by my highschool, i get out early) I went to court twice and the only thing they made me do was go to a court mandated driving class, that was THE WORST 8 hours of my life lol. Youll probably get slapped on the wrist bro, its not like you were speeding or got caught with possesion.

What part of florida you in ?

Apparently you were caught without another person in the car... Thats whats happening. Just explain in court that you were in a hurry and it will never happen again. You will deffinently get suspended but acting as innocent as possible might make your case lighter.
