When you get the stone do all 4 players keep the perks or just the one who grabbed it

I believe it's only for the person who grabbed it. Not positive on that, I haven't even had a chance to play it yet. I'm just guessing that from what I have read. If all 4 want to keep perks then everyone else has to get the stone. But as I said I'm not positive on that!

For the small consolation achievement, the gun doesn't need to be upgraded.
