Not putting him in a team just because he doesn't have enough posts or rep is kinda stupid. Like he said he should be in a team because he passes all the "tests" with flying colours.

Perhaps, Sebastian or whatever your name is, you could have a reserve team? For example if someone isn't on in one of the teams..
