i trusted him with my account to get me 10th in mw2 system link and he wont let me sign in my account and he bought 4000 microsft points with my credit card like wtf when i try recovering my account it says "xbox live sign up unavalible and it wont let me recover" i have no idea what to do do i need to get microsoft involved with this or what should i do

ring xbox support, have them lock the account and disable credit/bank cards on it and they will get your account back for you
