i had my x11 for 6 month. now for some reason when i pulg into the xbox it doesnt show the green light or the red light. plz help me

It happened to me to.
It happens from Jerking the cord out of the back of the xbox or tripping over it. The wires inside are VERY thin and tear easily.
you need to call turtle beach and ask for a replacement. DON'T TELL THEM YOU BROKE THEM!
Just say they stopped working because the warranty does not cover mis-treating
