Well I Have a Griddle dont know how i am going to get it to work with the Board on it.. what do i do.... Or i can get a preheater and make it easier? Link me to a preheater and verything i need

Either get yourself an ACHI IR PRO SC or an Aoyue 986 w/T8280 Preheater.
PRO SC will cost ya about $1300 shipped.
Aoyue and Preheater will be about $450-500

You have to modify the preheater dinga ling...
You gonna have to use a drill...Can you handle that? lol
Just place board on griddle and mark the 8 holes around the gpu/cpu...slap on bolts thru it and use washers to sit the board on it...
You want it around 3/4 of an inch off the preheater...
