I would really appreciate some ideas on some cartoon characters I could make... None that are already made like Family Guy or something. I need fresh ideas.

I also need a description on what and who they are like say "Make a dude with brown hair, muscly, and is tall".

I mainly need story line ideas like something to make a cartoon about.
