Now my theory is that there could be a wonder weapon machine in this map. If this wonder weapon machine is going to be in the map then I would imagine that it would be extremely difficult to get to and fairly costly to buy. Also there could be a twist to this machine as well. If you buy it then there could be a chance that you wouldn't receive one of the wonder weapons but instead it would just take your money and that's it.

The new perk you suggested is in fact a door, just take a closer look. It wouldn't make sense to not put a door there, as that area of the map is connected by a bridge.

It's just common sense, and it doesn't look like a perk machine/wonder weapon machine (?).

ehhh idk but then why would they put a circle on top of the door that looks like its glowing but hey we will find out in 10 days and im sure theres another way into that building getting off that bridge just sayin.

To me the new perk is either double tap or juggernaut it just looks wide from an angle and theirs like a little red glow around it.
