Can't wait for iOS 5 release this fall and you don't have a developer account? We have good news, you can get your hands dirty now thanks to the powers of the internet. You can now install iOS 5 on your iOS device without need to a developer account, yes you won't need it.
STEP 1: Install iTunes 10.5 beta from direct link here.

STEP 2: Now you need to download the right firmware file for your iOS device:

STEP 3: Now open iTunes that you downloaded above and restore using your firmware.
If you have any trouble, please try to follow the steps as carefully as you can. ALL 3 STEPS
I also cannot find the iPad 2 or iPhone 4 downloads, so for the users who have those iDevices, I'm sorry. Please help me find DL's

Can anyone tell me if this has worked for them?
I need to know. I just got home, and I'm going to be doing this to my iPod 4G to see if there's any bugs with that one too
