While I appreciate the fact that you have agreed to invite people to these lobbies, perhaps you should have a more organised system rather then "Just post your Gamertag here, and we'll eventually consider inviting you".
Bear in mind this is just a suggestion but maybe you should have something like this as the first post.
Date: DD/MM/YY
Time: HH:MM
Gamertags of those being invited:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
This way, people know when they will get invited and stop flooding the forums screaming to be invited.

Pretty decent idea but then you could have people start moaning about being missed for the list or if the person doing the inviting is running even a second late then they may start to moan about all that too. ( releasing of games early etc as an example ) Some people are just that way and like to moan.

This is a lot more organized and people know that they will get their tenth prestige.
Great idea!

Yes true, but it would suit the majority. I'm sure and it has to beat just putting your gamertag down and waiting for an invite at an unspecified date. That's if you even get one. Overall I think that this is a good idea. Perhaps if people are not happy with their time and date, they could swap it with someone, as long as they done it officially with as little hassle as possible. Like swapping shifts at a workplace for example.
