A moving avatar is known as an animation. These are in .gif formatting only. Any other formats e.g. [/b].png[/b] aren't valid for a 'moving' avatar. If you're talking about how to get a moving animation with your username or something similar to what I'm talking about then check out the Graphics Board located in the Computer Lounger section on TTG's forums: Forums/f=116/graphics-board.html It has Graphics shops which allow you to ask/request graphics. Some members create animations and others like myself create still designs.
If you're talking about reality moving avatars then type into Google; '.gif avatars'. You should get websites containing listings of different animations and avatars for different purposes.

And no, I don't create animations so I wouldn't bother asking me just in case you decide to. :thumbsup:

It's a .gif, They move around the screen, It can be used for a avatar, signature, profile banner.

You can find some moving avatars (.gifs) on gifsoup.com or you can just type in 100 x 100 .gifs on Google.
