Ok, so I took apart my xbox360, and fixed the RROD
And this is the first time I have taken my xbox 360 apart.
But when I did it, I messed up the case, so there is no use in putting it back on.
I know this sounds like a noob questions, but I have never done this before.
Can I turn on my xbox 360 and play online without the case on it?

yes, just be careful with shocking the motherboard, static electricity will fry it

Yes you can, a case is a case.

It won't affect if it turns on or not

yes you can mine is the same way i messed my case up taking it apart trying to hotswap it.
