Okay so I was told that te person who sold em the jtag patched the DVD drie wrong or something like that. So what in trying to do is install games onto my HDD. Now when I go to xex menu and do all that stuff it takes 2 seconds to install. When I used an iso te game sorta started but te I got a black sceen and then sent back to the dashboard. Van someone please help me with this?

If I'm deciphering your post properly I think what you're saying is that you bought Jtag with a botched DVD drive. Now you're trying to install games to your HDD from the DVD drive and it's finishing in about 2 seconds..

If that's correct then it sounds like the laser on your DVD Drive is knackered and it's not scanning the disc properly and so not calculating the file count (or even reading the files correctly). My Hitachi does it occasionally if I'm ripping from a bad burn.. You can either replace the laser, try a POT tweak, replace the drive or just extract your ISO's using x360 and then FTP them over.

I Didn't say use an Iso.
I said extract the iso using Xbox 360 Iso Extract. it will give you a folder with the contents of the disc.
The FTP that over to your HDD or put it on your USb drive and boot the default.xex from XexMenu or FSD.
